D'Aulaire Books

Does anyone know of anywhere I can get study guides or lesson plans for D'Aulaire books (Abe Lincoln, Pochohantas, etc?)
Living Books curriculum has them, but won't sell them to me seperately.

Thanks Trish! I look there every week for the free lapbook, but never thought to look for d'aulaire books.
Have you ever used any of these guides? What did you think?
